Film & Video Day

Film & Video Day

The film & video program reflects two crucial points of the network society: the downsides of mobile communication and social media that manifest themselves through loneliness and isolation, as well as the question of how AI will influence human behavior, and vice versa, in the future. The selection of films—which includes works that were sent through transmediale’s submission platform—probes the boundaries of networks as well as the potential of democratizing infrastructures. Film and video screenings will be presented additionally in connection with other program components at HKW and Volksbühne Berlin.
